"The service attitude at this restaurant was terrible and they did not care about customer satisfaction. They served our food on trays without gravy because it had run out earlier. We had to wait for minutes for a small amount of gravy to arrive, and when we asked for more, we were charged an extra pound. The staff found this amusing and blamed it on portion sizes. It was a joke and I will never visit this restaurant again."

The fish and chips were delicious, definitely worth the slight extra cost to have them in a takeout box. They were still crispy and delicious by the time I got home. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

When I brought the food home, it was wrapped in paper and therefore soggy. The portion of chips was small, like a child's size. The curry sauce from the chip shop tasted very different from what I am used to and was not good at all. I was very disappointed and if I lived closer, I would have returned the food. The quality was poor compared to other restaurants in the area. I suggest packaging the food in boxes to keep it fresh, prevent it from getting soggy, and maintain the crunchiness of the batter.

Food is fantastic very tasty. The cafe area is pretty bog standard stuff, but warm, comfy and the staff are friendly.
