There's someone in the kitchen that's committed to the products he serves. The young tarbot that we were given was perfectly served, and the water gets me in the mouth when I think about it. The whole menu tells a beautiful story and the wines are from top quality. As far as I'm concerned, one to two points short in gault millau. Here we come back!
