The hotel pelikan is located opposite the monastery in beuron. during a bike tour we stayed one night in the hotel. they had to ask in the restaurant. the hotel was very old and the rooms were also decorated in old fashion. the windows are very old and urgently need renovation, but for us in the summer it was no problem. eating in the restaurant in the evening was easy. Unfortunately, the drinks were not cold enough. at almost 30° a pretty art. we had a good sleep, we were also completely finished off the bike tour. the breakfast next morning was just enough. fresh bread crunchy brot müsli jam sausage cheese egg yoghurt fresh fruit. with a qualitatiw high-quality breakfast, more modern equipment, cool drinks and a better price-performance ratio would have skipped a star in the evaluation. we paid 80€ for the double room including breakfast
