I believe this restaurant deserves a higher rating! I was in town visiting family for a week, and my husband and I decided to stop by this place when we were hungry.
I used to frequent this place when it was known as Phoenix Cafe. However, when I visited today, the only coffee option available was a basic cup with creamer.
