The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel. You can also eat there if you are not a hotel guest. The pizzeria is one floor below. The pizzeria is closed on Sunday evenings. Either way, I recommend making a reservation. We were there in the off-season and couldn't get a table for the two of us on the same evening. View all feedback.

For this restaurant being so popular, we were really disappointed. First of all, the staff was generally unfriendly and didn't seem interested in your well-being. Then half of the menu was no longer really available because ingredients had run out. It can happen, but instead of apologizing and finding an alternative, the waitress just talked her way out of it and said it wasn't her fault, etc. Not recommended at all... View all feedback.
Mega friendly staff, starting with the boss. The food is always very tasty and varied. In winter, when all tables are occupied, a solution is sought. Always happy again.
Our favorite lunch place while skiing in the Aletsch Arena. Super friendly staff, consistently very good food, central location with nice sunny terrace.
Wow! I have rarely experienced that. This warmth/friendliness, the courteous nature of the boss and all employees; the absolute hammer! You can feel the leadership down to the smallest detail. A big compliment
The pizza is highly recommended. Generally great service and good food. We'd love to come back.
