Every time I go to this one it's like they just slop the meat on my sandwich and it seems as if I'm being met with attitude that I want things done before I toast my sub. I go to subway because it's somewhere that you can get what you want and how you want it. But it's still subway and I do love the bread and the sandwiches. I placed an online order and received an email confirmation. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that their computer system did not receive my order. They refused to make the sub that I had already paid for, even though I had evidence in my email. They claimed it was against their policy to make the sandwich at that time. There was no manager present to help me or refund my money. Be cautious when ordering from this restaurant in advance.
