We were there... read more The worst experience I've had at a restaurant ever. 50 minutes after ordering we found out that they were out of the Philly that my wife ordered. We were there with 4 kids under 10 and a 1 year old and the food came out after 1.5 hrs and the Mac and cheese and Alfredo were completely cold for my kids. Then waited 20 more minutes for my calzone while my family ate. Additionally my wife had a huge black hair in her chicken sandwich and had to quit. I complained and was told not to cause a scene. Management and ownership should be embarrassed and need to make some major changes. This is the first bad review I've ever written and realize running a restaurant is difficult, although I hope I can keep other families from going through what we went through. We moved out of the Midwest and were traveling through so we were excited to experience an Old Chicago, which used to be one of our favorite places. Terrible mistake and I guess they stopped holding their locations to any standards.

Skip the appetizers. They're not worth it, and they'll come out with your food. Pizzas were excellent. Staff friendly, just slow. Maybe just short staffed. read more Skip the appetizers.
