Domino's Pizza - Bettendorf

I accidentally misplaced my discount voucher and had to return to the restaurant to get another one. Other than that, the food and service were pretty good.

Dominos offers a great system for timely and consistent delivery service. The food is delicious and affordable. However, it is important to remember that the drivers at Dominos rely on tips as they do not receive a living wage to operate their delivery vehicles. Please remember to tip your driver when placing a delivery order. If you can't afford to tip, that's okay, just let them know.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. The staff member went above and beyond to take care of our orders. Thank you and we will definitely be returning!

This review is for Domino’s customer service, not this special one. my sohn ordered pizza from this load all the time, in the rule 5 stars service. Today we were 2 drinks short. I'm sure he's charging a great way and wisely taking care of it. unfortunately because of the lack that everyone has that they do not order on the line, which means that no one answers their phone. we called customer service, but the waiting time is terrible. they need to find a better way to handle this. it causes them to lose important customer service.

Let me start this off with if I was able to give 0 stars I would. So I go the web site to order online. I get a notification that the store will close in 1hr.and 45 min. Then I go to proceed with my order and get a notice that there are complications with my order. So I tried to redo my order 3 times. Then i tried to call the store. When I call the store no-one will answer the phone. So what I have figured out is you cant order online or by phone. So they obviously do-not what anyones business. I will not try again. There is no need to try. There are so many pizza places in this area that want your business. Do not wast your time or money with this one.
