Domino's Pizza - Bettendorf

This review is for Domino’s customer service, not this special one. my sohn ordered pizza from this load all the time, in the rule 5 stars service. Today we were 2 drinks short. I'm sure he's charging a great way and wisely taking care of it. unfortunately because of the lack that everyone has that they do not order on the line, which means that no one answers their phone. we called customer service, but the waiting time is terrible. they need to find a better way to handle this. it causes them to lose important customer service.

Let me start this off with if I was able to give 0 stars I would. So I go the web site to order online. I get a notification that the store will close in 1hr.and 45 min. Then I go to proceed with my order and get a notice that there are complications with my order. So I tried to redo my order 3 times. Then i tried to call the store. When I call the store no-one will answer the phone. So what I have figured out is you cant order online or by phone. So they obviously do-not what anyones business. I will not try again. There is no need to try. There are so many pizza places in this area that want your business. Do not wast your time or money with this one.

Terrible experience two times in a row. Our wings had a drizzle of sauce, our pizzas weren't event cut and the food was 35 min late. The customer service is terrible.

Spent $40 on two specialty pizzas. There were 4 large air bubbles in the crust of one, one as big as a grapefruit, 3 the size of baseballs. Literally no toppings on these areas so half the pizza was plain. Why would they even serve it this way? Huge disappointment Dominos!! Automated phone service so can not even call to speak with the manager!

Pizza had little to no flavor, idk how you make pineapple and banana peppers flavorless. But you did it. Half the pizza had little to no sauce.No dipping sauce came with the Parmesan bytes.The only bright side was fast delivery, and a courteous delivery driver. Woefully dissatisfied, disappointed,
