Cookies Cupcake By Design - Bettendorf

I ordered online for delivery in the Bettendorf, Iowa area, and the process was very simple. I called the restaurant the day before to inquire about delivery times, and they assured me everything would arrive on schedule. The food was delivered on time and looked fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

I don't usually post reviews, but I felt I had to share how excellent the customer service is at this place. I had a minor issue with my order, but they made it so easy to resolve. There was also a slight delivery problem because I accidentally entered the wrong phone number while I was in a rush (note to self: be more careful when ordering). However, the delivery driver called me to confirm the details, so everything ended up going smoothly. I also heard that the cookies were delicious and that the presentation of the order was beautiful. I will definitely order from them again if I need to send a gift. The gourmet cookies are great! I also have the sugar cookies. the frosting on it is disgusting. it is the worst tasting frosting I have ever tasted; like plastic chemicals mixed with crisco. why should someone ruin big sugar cookies with this type of frosting?

Had these dinosaur cookies made for my daughter in laws baby shower. Everyone loved them!!
