I've been to several Tim Hortons locations, and it's obvious that the managers need to provide better training for their staff on how to brew coffee correctly. When fresh coffee isn't served right away, the first customer gets a robust cup, while the others are left with just hot water!

The inside is very clean, and the staff is always busy preparing orders and refreshing the coffee. Plus, the gas prices are reasonable, making it a great choice for a morning visit whenever I'm low on fuel! The coffee is consistently fresh, and their pumpkin latte in the fall is absolutely delightful! My go-to breakfast item is the sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit—it's fluffy, flaky, and simply wonderful! Their donuts are tasty, though they do have a somewhat commercial feel. In my experience, the donuts are best enjoyed fresh, as they tend to harden quickly, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. A helpful tip: download the app! Customers should have the right to know the name of their server upon request. The manager was unwelcoming and displayed racist behavior. I strongly advise steering clear of this location. It's essential to treat all customers with kindness, particularly a pregnant woman. The manager clearly lacks proper knowledge of customer service and demonstrates both inexperience and disrespect.
