Their work ethic and positive... read more Like many places nowadays, they are experiencing staff shortages, but I want to commend the two employees who were working there. Their work ethic and positive attitudes were truly refreshing. Even though they were busy when I left, they treated me with respect and ensured my food was taken care of. I felt like I was the only customer in the restaurant. Subway really needs to recognize the value of having employees like these in their operations.

However, my main conc... read more I dined at this restaurant and found the food to be quite good. It offers the usual quality and efficiency you would expect from a Subway. However, my main concern is its visibility. It appears to be somewhat set apart from the larger stores in Barrow Crossing. Although it's only a short walk from Target, Publix, Belk, and other shops, it doesn't seem to attract the attention it deserves.

However, I did have an issue with the dis... read more This is the only Subway I will go to. The staff are fantastic—attentive and they treat you like your business matters. However, I did have an issue with the district manager, Krystal. I’ve never had to repeat myself so many times until I encountered her. I had to restate every single part of my order, as the attention to detail seemed very lacking, particularly over a 30-minute period. It's understandable to keep customers waiting when it’s busy, but it’s not normal to have to explain your order multiple times within just 5 or 6 minutes. I’ll keep coming back for my sandwiches, but I hope I don’t have to deal with her again.
