I ordered the beef chow fun and specifically asked for less sweetness, but unfortunately it was still too sweet for my liking. The dish did not meet my expectations.
The food was delicious. No indoor dining. Still completely contactless ordering and pick up.They have a monitor/walkie talkie kind of thing set up behind plexiglass.
I really enjoyed the fresh and flavorful food at this restaurant, and the service provided by the woman who took care of me was excellent.
The best shrimp I have ever tasted! Cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. The presentation was also wonderful. Nothing was dry or overcooked. Highly recommended.
At Ruby Cafe, customers are enjoying a mix of delicious offerings and quick service, despite the ongoing takeout-only policy. Many patrons rave about the perfectly cooked shrimp and flavorful vegetable rolls, while others appreciate the consistency in quality over repeated visits. Popular items like General Tso's chicken and tofu dishes receive favorable feedback, although some diners feel the restaurant has lost some unique options. With affordable prices and generous portions, Ruby Cafe stands out as a top choice in Bethlehem for satisfying Chinese takeout. While the atmosphere can't be fully experienced through takeout, the food quality keeps diners coming back.

After taking their seitan dishes off the menu, Ruby Cafe has lost what made it special and now feels like a typical Chinese restaurant. While the food quality remains steady, the missing signature item is clearly felt. Service is limited to takeout, with dinner prices typically between $10 and $20 per person.
Ruby Cafe still doesn’t allow dine-in, so all orders are takeout only. The food was just average. I usually have a hard time finding Chinese dishes I enjoy. I like my sesame chicken (General Tso) to be crispy with sauce, but this was completely mushy. I tried reheating it in my air fryer, but that ended up overcooking it. The vegetable lo mein had very few vegetables—almost like plain lo mein. However, the vegetable rolls were really good, and I enjoyed those!
Since moving to Bethlehem, I set out to find a top-notch Chinese takeout spot, and Ruby Cafe has truly surpassed my expectations. With the cleanest environment and the most flavorful dishes in town, their menu offers something for everyone. Although they don’t provide delivery, the trip is always worthwhile. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner.

Wow they got good food this first time I ever eat there they got good food there I will be coming back again thanks again gave you 5 star rating not from here I am from Georgia
The food is consistently good here. We have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for over a year. The wait time is never more than 15 minutes. The food is always piping hot. They include silverware and are generous with the condiments. They areusually open when more restaurants are closed.
Food tastes really fresh and great quality. Got the General Tsos and Beef lo mein which were huge portions. Definitely adding this place to my list of goto Chinese spots for dinner!

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The dishes were fresh and flavorful, and the woman who served me was very friendly.
The food was fantastic. There is no indoor dining available, but they still offer completely contactless ordering and pick up. They have a monitor/walkie talkie system set up behind plexiglass.
My friend and I were craving some Chinese takeout, so we decided to give Ruby Cafe a try. We were not disappointed! The tofu in my dish was cooked perfectly, as were all the vegetables. The vegetable spring roll was deliciously crisp and flaky. My friend's General Tso's chicken was also very good. We had a great experience at Ruby Cafe and will definitely be back!
