The General Tao's tofu and egg foo young are particularly tasty vegetarian options. Service is quick and friendly. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

I l... read more Ruby Cafe still doesn’t allow dine-in, so all orders are takeout only. The food was just average. I usually have a hard time finding Chinese dishes I enjoy. I like my sesame chicken (General Tso) to be crispy with sauce, but this was completely mushy. I tried reheating it in my air fryer, but that ended up overcooking it. The vegetable lo mein had very few vegetables—almost like plain lo mein. However, the vegetable rolls were really good, and I enjoyed those!

The tofu in my dish was cooked perfectly, as were all the vegetables. The vegetable spring roll was deliciously crisp and flaky. My friend's General Tso's chicken was also very good. We had a great experience at Ruby Cafe and will definitely be back!
