We came for the pasta flight and were not disappointed. The Sophia Loren was as good as the hype. Creamy and hearty. We also had the big meatball. It was pretty good. Nice marinara sauce, very fresh and bright. Great service. Reservation recommended.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

Wasn't impressed with this place. Nice atmosphere, service was good. BYOB.Overpriced pasta dishes. $45 for a pasta board, which included 3 servings about a pound of pasta). Proteins are additional. Regardless, pasta is cheap $1.00 a box). I think for $45, you could have spared another box.I do have to admit, the pizza looked really good.
Overall, the food was good. Not incredible, but my main complaint was the service. We made a reservation and arrived on time our table wasn’t ready for 20 minutes and there was little to no standing room and the staff was not super friendly about the whole thing. The food came out fast, so that was a plus but we were a little bit annoyed about the initial wait and snide vibe of the hostess.
Vegetarian options: They offer Beyond Meat and meatless crumbles for the pasta! Kid-friendliness: It's not a stuffy place, but the food is of high quality—it's a great spot to take kids!
This place is absolutely charming! The service was exceptional, and the food was fantastic. The pasta flight had much larger portions than I expected. I will definitely be returning! Food: 5/5
Pats is truly a hidden gem! The food is consistently excellent. This time, I opted for the pasta flights, and they certainly did not let me down! You get to choose three different varieties, and my favorite was the Sophia Loren. It's like a little pasta pouch packed with flavor, all tossed in a delicious sauce. Their sandwiches (made with house-made focaccia!), pizzas, and specialty salads are equally tasty. On top of that, our server Tatiana was incredibly fun and helpful, and the restaurant itself has a modern, clean vibe without being overly fancy. There's also a beautiful greenery wall with a sign that's perfect for photos. I wholeheartedly recommend Pats as a must-try spot for dining in Lehigh Valley!
