My experience at other locations has been excellent. However the Bethlehem location is consistently out of string bean chicken and they stop serving sweet fire chicken. They as also run out of crab Rangoons. They staff is great theselections are not. I sure hope things turn around before they go out of business.

It was 8pm on Saturday night yet there were several customers standing around waiting on their food to be prepared because they were out of several menu items. Iordered Orange Chicken and it was honestly the worst I have ever experienced. The fried rice and fortune cookie were good butthe chicken was the worst quality I?ve been served. Makes me queasy to think about it the next day. Pieces of gristle, fat andwhat I assume was connective tissue deep fried. Yuck. Portion size small and price expensive- especially for this poor quality.Won?t be back to this location.

Staff seemed disorganized, drinks, sides and sauces were an after thought.

For the next 30 minutes I sat there being looked at like I was crazy by the same employee. Finally after 30 minutes I get up and she asks me who I was picking up for,turns out my food sat there for 15 minutes and she just couldn?t be bothered to pay attention.

She's asking them to do three thingsat once and rudely.
