I was disappointed with the General Tso's chicken. It had a gummy texture that I can't quite explain, and the chicken didn't taste fresh—it seemed like it was frozen, which I certainly didn't expect from a nicer Asian restaurant. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place. Easton Asian Bistro is far superior.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is consistently fresh and delicious. While their prices are similar to other places, the quality of the food is outstanding! As for vegetarian options, they have a fantastic menu selection and are always willing to accommodate special requests.
The $14 hibachi lunch is always delightful.Perfect amount for a lunch serving. Love the additional sides. Burst of flavor.
Love the Green Curry w/Shrimp and vegetables ?Taste so good make you wanna visit the country thier from!!!!Great lunch Specials until 3pm
Place is small inside, which is fine.Food was fresh, however nothing stood out to be as good as other restaurants close by with similar prices, and menu, except that portions were definitely lacking.Never left an Asian restaurant with no leftovers. Both had chicken dishes , oneMostly vegetables. The green tea had a strange taste which we did not like.We wanted to try this place but won’t be back.
**A Dining Experience at One Third: Quality and Consistency** One Third offers a unique dining experience, highlighting fresh ingredients and an inviting atmosphere. While many patrons rave about the delightful sushi, flavorful hibachi meals, and aromatic Thai tea, experiences have been inconsistent. Some customers have expressed disappointment with service and food quality, citing issues like inadequate portion sizes for sauces and mispacked orders. Despite these criticisms, the charming ambiance and attentive service remain strong points. For those enjoying lunch, the Bento Box is lauded for its generous portions. Overall, One Third showcases incredible potential but must ensure consistency to satisfy all diners.

The food at One Third is truly exceptional! The chicken hibachi dinner is a guaranteed hit. The sauces and fried rice that come with it are incredible. They also offer amazing sushi choices!
One Third delivers exceptional food and service with incredibly fresh flavors in every dish. Their unique dining in a box experience is truly fantastic! While the dinner menu can be a bit pricey, it remains one of my favorite places to eat. Without a doubt, One Third is among the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever visited!
The lunch Bento box is fresh and delicious, and the sushi is outstanding—well worth the cost! I got it for takeout and enjoyed it on the move. The food is truly excellent!
One Third is a wonderful restaurant featuring a fantastic sushi menu and attentive service. I especially enjoyed the Thai tea. Every sushi dish we ordered tasted exceptional and was beautifully presented. The cozy, intimate space allows you to watch the sushi being expertly prepared right before your eyes. I can already tell this will be our go-to spot for sushi.

Our waitress was super sweet! Restaurant is very clean and my whole family throughly enjoyed their meal. The thai tea is amazing as well! Only thing was the pad thai was very vinegary, but not bad overall.
Best sushi in the Valley hands down. Try the Thai iced tea!!! The crafted sushi is amazing and delicious.
Lunch Bento Box is where it?s at. Order during lunch and they make an awesome bento. I usually get the Mango Chicken. It?s loaded with mango, jalapeños, and chicken with vegetables. Also in the bento: rice, sushi, crab rangoon, soup, salad. It?s agood lunch spot.
My wife and I ordered from this restaurant for the first time tonight. We?ve gone past this place several times before and thought it looked like a nice place to get a meal. We were unexpectedly disappointed by what we received. Placing the order andpickup went smoothly, the food was ready when I arrived. However when we unpacked the order, we found that my container of RedThai shrimp curry hadn?t been properly sealed and a large amount of sauce had leaked into the bag. The plastic bag saved my carseat from being ruined. My wife ordered Kung pao with fried noodles (which was an extra charge), however they packed friedrice. The Kung Pao had very little sauce and even less flavor. The curry would have had plenty of sauce had it not mostlyleaked out. What was left was bland with only the slightest amount of spicy heat (even though I requested hot spice level). Theonly thing right with our food was that the veggies were very fresh. Overall we were thoroughly disappointed with ourexperience with One Third. For the price they are charging we expected much more in terms of food quality, quantity and service.Do better! Will not be ordering again.
