From the mome... read more I have only tried this restaurant one other time and it was a few years ago and not this particular one. However, I'm happy I gave it another try! From the moment me and my family walked in our waiter, Franco, made us felt very welcomed! Franco gave the most excellent customer service I've ever experienced! The food was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be going again soon!

We could order quite quickly and our f... read more Our experience tonight was sooo last time we were here. We were welcomed immediately and our waitress was very attentive. We could order quite quickly and our food came out within a typically expected time. I'm just pulling out a star because they sat people in stalls next to each other and I was worried about the social dispute. I guess the stalls had added partitions, but you still had to get messed up to get to your table and very few customers wore masks (as expected in a restaurant). The staff were all so good. I think they are on the right path and we will definitely visit again and hope for an even better experience.

However, after we received our food, we didn’t see our waitress again. My husband had to ask another staff member for the bill and take care of the payment. There’s definitely room for improvement in customer service. That said, we did enjoy our meal.

My son ordered the... read more Jason provided excellent service. The sirloin and eggs were delicious; they weren’t as dark and spiced as I’m used to, but still very tasty. My son ordered the cupcake pancakes and said they were really good. The hash browns and city ham were also enjoyable. However, it was quite pricey for the two of us. We don’t dine here often, so it felt like a special treat.
