I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my food and found that the crew had it ready over 10 minutes earlier than the app had stated. However, the good experience ended there. When I got home, I realized that both burritos were incorrect. It seemed like they didn't pay attention to the order and didn't put the correct items on the burritos. If I ever go back, I will order in store so I can verify that the order is correct. Additionally, the chips were cold and tasted old. The "Heavy D" on the app turned out to be just salsa, not the guacamole and sour cream that the website indicated. Overall, the service and food quality were disappointing. The atmosphere was average. This was a takeout meal for dinner, and the price per person was $10-20. Food rating: 1, Service rating: 1, Atmosphere rating: 2.

I arrived at 9PM on Friday, August 19th expecting the restaurant to be open until 10PM according to previous information, but the doors were locked and chairs were put up on the tables. I was informed at check out that... read more I came here on 11/30 for lunch. We noticed the menu has changed which is ok. I chose to order some nachos with some guacamole. I was informed at check out that the queso for the nachos was extra bringing my lunch total to 20.17$. To me this is insane. Howcan queso be extra on nachos??? I asked and was told there is a separate price for those who only wanted shreaded cheese. Thischarge is not reflected on the menu nor was i told prior to having it added to my item. I will take my business to moes oranother tex mex location that does not charge for something that is a staple everywhere else.
