Pi Pizzeria - Bethesda

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. I arrived with a diving group and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, which wasn't a major issue. However, the downside was that there was nowhere to sit while we waited; we could only stand by the hostess stand. The hostess seemed indifferent, and once we were seated, we noticed the dining area was messy, with caution signs placed around and food scattered on the floor, which also had water on it for some reason. While that might not have bothered me too much, it would have been nice to receive a warning or any indication from the staff that something was amiss. To top it off, another staff member carelessly tossed our forks and knives onto the table with a loud crash. On a positive note, the cal salad and the deep dish Berkeley pizza were both delicious and highly recommended. The food was good and reasonably priced, but I really wish the place had been cleaner and the staff more approachable. Overall, I would still recommend it as a quality pizzeria.

The pizza was quite good, and there are plenty of choices and toppings available. While it was enjoyable, the quality doesn't quite justify the steep prices. I ordered online, and my pizza was ready when I arrived. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would consider returning to this place, but not frequently, as their prices are a bit too high and could use some adjustment.

The hottest day in April proved to be a challenge since the air conditioning wasn't working. However, the Pi Square Cocktail was fantastic. The deep-dish pizza had a unique style, with a generous amount of marinara sauce layered over the toppings.
