Maya Cuisine is AWESOME. Such good food and great for take out. I have done take out a few times and it has always been delicious and the portions are big. Maya was unfortunately less than average in terms of food quality. The chicken tikka masala was more yellow than red. I had never seen that before. The sauce was uneventful and lacked any heat whatsoever. The wait staff did not offer it, which is kind of typical of Indian restaurants.
