Jaleo - Bethesda

We had a big party, so we were challenging. Our server, Sarah, was just incredible! Knowledge value, friendly, thoughtful and flexible. Two members of our party did it only when we all had eaten. Sarah managed to seamlessly flow the entire service. The food was amazing! So many complex and wonderful flavors! Gin and Tonic Oysters, lumps of crab meat, apple fennel salad with Manchego cheese, seafood paella, zartoin that melted in our mouth, rabbits with apricot sauce... the children even ordered a chicken that tasted like chicken potcake! The taste nuances were so complicated woven together and it was so much fun tasting and exchange so a variety of dishes. I had the flan for Dessert. The texture was pure perfection! It was the best flan I ever had, and I've been a flan fan fan for over 40 years. That was my favorite gastronomic adventure in decades. Thank you Jaleo!

We were a party of eight without reservation, and really lucky to get a big table in the back. After all, our party grew up with other two family members, and the waiter started all this. The food came well lasted, perfect temperature and tasting delicious. The manager has checked several times with us to make sure we enjoy our time there. The most impressive was their attention to detail when some of our party had to appeal to food allergies. That was the best Spanish food we have eaten in Barcelona since the last spring. I would strongly recommend it.

Eating to die! Never been there. My sister didn't stop talking about it, so I went to see what it was about. The atmosphere is amazing, people are wonderful. But more than anything else, the food is extraordinary! The best food I've had for years. Very recommended. They won't be disappointed.

Incredibly... from cocktails to food to dessert... very amazing....bombas and citrus salad were standouts, along with the meerrot salmon... Flan was perfection... I could go on, but downstairs...

Hey you have to try the malecular olives. And the squid in its ink,is amazing, Bethesda is a great place for fine dining and laid-back drinking
