I love this place so much. This family is amazing, the food is wonderful and it's a great place to get away from your everyday life. I recommend. The food is wonderful. They make the best steaks, burgers and fish and chips around. Order delivery and you won't be sorry.

First time visiting Tugs and we loved so much... food is ????????????... it’s a full bar and the owners are so nice and friendly .. we definitely have to go back ... also there’s going to be a different activity soon .. just wait for it ???????? GREAT SERVICE

Showed up to eat a couple minutes before 6pm on a Sunday. The open sign was still on. We are not from the area. We just saw this place and stopped which means we didnt know what time they actually closed. When we showed up there was a blonde hair woman behind the bar. She said Hi as we walked in and told my boyfriend to have a seat where ever he liked as I asked where the restroom was. When I came out she had already has my bf 's drink at the table and as she was walking away from there she asked me what I wanted to drink I told her I wanted a water with lite ice and extra lemon. She gave me a weird look as I walked away. When she came back she slammed my water infront of me on the table. I kept my cool and asked her about the lemons she forgot to get. So when I asked her about the lemon, she laughed and said I don 't know,I 'm sure we do . I am not sure why the hell ot was so funny that I had to ask her again for my lemons I had already asked for, it once again I kept my cool and I said well can you go check please? So she looks at me with a stank look and walked away. All of a sudden some man comes up saying they are closed. So I said perfect, let 's go somewhere else since this girl was so rude anyways the man continued to follow us and apologizing for being closed as we walked out. I told the girl that I no longer need those lemons. I don 't think she ever intended on actually getting them for me because after I said that she waved bye with a smug look on her face. Well, say hello to your Yelp review honey[with a smug looking my face while I 'm waving bye] The man offered to buy us a drink if we wanted to just hang out. The man was cool but the girl was immature, very rude and unprofessional. She seemed to have this jealous or competitive vibe about her. It was very weird to be treated like that when me and my boyfriend were just trying to get something to eat after a long travel and still a long ways to go.
