The restaurant had a lively atmosphere, but unfortunately they did not serve breakfast burritos or sandwiches. After waiting for an hour without our order being served, we decided to cancel it. Despite trying to inquire about our order multiple times, the waitress dismissed us and only brought us orange juices. Frustrated, we paid for the juices and left. However, the waitress then publicly berated us for not paying the bill, even though we had tried to do so multiple times. In the end, we ended up spending $75 on 2 orange juices and no food. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for prompt service and a satisfying meal.
I usually don't write reviews, but I must say this restaurant was awful. If I could, I would give it a negative five-star rating. Despite it not being very busy, we waited an hour for our food, which arrived with half of it missing and the other half undercooked. The only thing that was decent were the drinks - water, coffee, and soda. When we brought up our concerns to the server, they only seemed interested in clearing the table. Even the chef didn't bother to come out and address the issue. To make matters worse, when we received the bill, some items were removed that were actually part of our order. Some of my friends even felt sick after eating here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
Our dining experience was incredibly frustrating. We arrived at 8:45 and placed our order promptly as we were in a hurry. By 9:30, our food still had not arrived, so we sought out the waitress to either expedite our order or cancel it as we needed to leave. Unfortunately, she seemed indifferent and ignored us. After another 15 minutes of waiting for her attention, we decided to leave $15 on the table and leave. As we got up to leave, the waitress accused us of trying to skip out on the bill and caused a scene in front of the entire restaurant. We tried to explain that we only received two orange juices, so the $15 left behind seemed fair. Despite this, she demanded full payment, even though we never received any food. After reluctantly paying a total of $75, she continued to be rude and followed us out. In the end, we paid $75 for just two orange juices. This was a terrible experience and I am baffled as to how she still has a job serving customers. I would not recommend dining here to anyone.
They do not come here if they are a non-white man. my friends and I (all latinxen) waited for approx. 15-20 minutes until someone comes by and takes our order. we went in to get menus and even so nobody came to our order. a white couple goes in and is visited quickly. they even ordered before us. my friends and I were in different tables and they took our order (after 15 min) but not our friend. they had to call the waitress to order their order after 30 min. watch every other table after us made of white people without waiting. another white group of people went in and became a table with menus. eating was not very good and the service was terrible.
I have nothing bad to say about our experience other than it being a basic breakfast joint. It was perfect for us in the morning and had everything we could've wanted to eat. My omelet was delicious and staff was very nice. Looked under staffed so they did the best to their abilities. Give it a try !
