Boston Market - Bethel

I'd only ever had the rotisserie chicken when my mom used to bring it home so this was my first dine in experience. I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken with mashed potatoes and mac' cheese. The chicken was good but not as good as I remember the rotisseries my mom brought home being. The Nashville Hot sauce was not spicy enough for my taste but most people would probably be fine with it. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the highlight of the meal. The potatoes were so fluffy and the gravy was super flavorful. The mac' cheese is unfortunately why this review is three stars. The watery cheese sauce the noodles were barely covered in had me thinking this was from a tv dinner. All in all not a bad experience, but my choice of sides will definitely be different next time.

Only 2 people working, so takeout took 20 minutes. No functional bathroom (said they were having water issues). The workers were nice, but the food quality is not worth the wait imo. Rotisserie nuggets were steamed and weird.

Something about walking into a dirty store and seeing a young manager hanging out on his cell phone instead of cleaning makes me want to not come back.

Not worth over 30 for three VERY SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN AND TWO SODAS. haven’t been there in some time and will not be going back. Total rip off

I went here a few years ago and i think it is finally time to share my experience I was waiting in line, looking around the place and on the vent (above where the rotisserie is) i see A LITERALLY RAT. I tell the employee there and the family in front of us freakout and leave with paying(there were about to). Everybody starts freaking out. I end up leaving without seeing what happened. Months before this happened, I ate there and threw up everything i ate from there. I ended up get a really bad stomach bug like illness. Whenever I think back to this series of terrible events, I think no wonder i got sick from there food, THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH RATS . THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD.
