This place was closed during the winter season. The warmer weather has caused this place to reopen. I used to love Kohr’s vanilla soft serve. This was my first time ordering ice cream at this location. I ordered their deluxe chocolate coated waffle cone dipped in chocolate with vanilla soft serve ice cream for $8.50. Just a good old ice cream on the promenade. The perfect treat after the afternoon on the beach. have the chocolate and peanut butter; Flavours were beautiful

Delicious ice cream. A step back to old days when we enjoyed ice on the boards, especially the orange and vanilla twist.
Best ice cream ever! Pretty convenient that you can just walk up and order outside. You can watch them swirl your custard! They have vanilla, orange sherbet, chocolate, and a new flavor that varies by season. The have toppings like rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, and chocolate dip. I love this and I highly recommend it.
