I went in as a last minute craving and was extremely pleased with not only the service but the friendliness of the staff. What Hal Huel doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Don't waste your time calling in an order and trying to pick it up in the drive thru. The staff are too busy texting on their phones to come to the window. Go around the corner to Little Caesars. At least they know a little about customer service. View all feedback.
I hate walking into a place and not being greeted or being acknowledged, that wasnt a problem here. I had a great experience. Went in for a pick up order and was greeted soon and told someone would be right with me, then the person that came out to help me apologised for the waite. Pizza was also really good.
This is one of the best service when it comes to pizza hut done in. We came in with a free pizza coupon and treated like anyone else that was buying a pizza. The manager GM Mark, and manager Joy, and CRS Mary was such a delight. We will definitely be returning. God bless them and their restaurant.
So I was estimated over an hour wait for my pizza from Pizza Hut last night this is during the busiest hour so understandable), OK, I'm not mad, I already paid, I'll wait. Get my pizza, I think in less than an hour, everything's good, hot, great delivery guy, no complaints. Then this morning I get an email from Pizza Hut with an apology for the long wait and a voucher for a free large pizza. Totally wasn't necessary, I wasn't going to complain, I understand I work food service and I would've been back. So that was cool, thanks Pizza Hut, great customer care.
No complaints here, thank you G.M. Mark, the pizza was flavorful, delicious and a joy to consume ; Having read the complaints first, I called and asked for management. The General Manager 'Mark ' came to the phone and I asked him; 'How long have you been the Manager at this location? He answered 3-4 months. ' I then explained that I have read the fb comments, they aren 't flattering and want to know IS has anything changed ... atho he began to defend/make excuses for poor service (something that I appall, I kept my cool and then explained that I am too old to hear anything other than 'I take responsibility for my crew. ' bottom-line. He assured me that everything would be perfect ... and it was perfect, with one exception, the delivery order was 30min. early. I said 3pm, he said 2pm, I said let 's split the difference and make it 2:30pm ... the courteous delivery driver came at 2pm. (surprise and even had the pepper grated cheese pkts. I 'd asked for. Glad I gave my local Pizza Hut another chance to redeem themselves from the lousy service/employees that I received a year ago, something I didn 't tell Mark. New management does make a difference. Are you listening Corporate? You have a great produce, it 's the lousy employees that need the 'boot ' when they treat us customers like we 're bothering them, when they refuse to wear the uniform proudly, when they are to lazy/unaware to clean tables, floor and restock the salad bar ... no matter how late at night. There is no excuse ... train your people to leave their personal life/business at home and do the JOB you are paying them to do ... nuff said. ;
