What meli doesn't like about Papa Angelo's Pizzeria:
We got a new Yorker half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. When we first walked in it reminded me of NY pizza joints' aromas. The sauce and cheese were really good. When I folded the pizza to take a bite it held up and didn't flop??? when I bit into it...almost burned the roof of my mouth? but I recovered quickly. My main complaint was the crust...I think it was too dense. Maybe not tossed ?? that was the main reason... View all feedback.
Vegetarian options: In addition to vegetarian options I also offer vegan cheese.
Pizza was decent, for the price I would’ve expected it to be better. The sound of the pizza press machines were very loud and disruptive to the vibe. Not saying we won’t go back, because we probably will, but not what I expected.

New York pizza in OKC. This is our favorite pizza place in OKC. Try a meatball and the garlic knots. All of their pizza's are so good. Joe's White Pizza with meatballs is my favorite but I really like everything on the menu.
Absolutely a fan! Check this place out next time you are looking for a solid pizza and dessert.
