James was amazing! When I got a flat tire in the drive-thru, he came out and generously assisted me by changing it. He is a big guy, and I am truly grateful that he took the time to come out and help me. Thank you, James!

This McDonald's is definitely my top choice. They always get my order right, and they are quick and provide great customer service.

I have been a frequent morning at Bethalto site for several years. Today I was at 7:20 for my breakfast and drinks. I had problems with my coupon and the girl waiting for me was new, but the manager was more than helpful to get what I needed! When I got my sum, I hardly had enough money when I thought I had more in my pocket, another $20 bill. I went by to make my tea and the girl waiting for me asked if I had just dropped a $20 yes! That was mine! The nice young man who is there every day to clean the dining area had found it immediately and it was in- and since I was the last customer, they knew it was mine! Believe me, I'm very well aware that they don't have to be honest and give up, but they have it! I was back home to see if I dropped it in my highway when I knew I had it. But- your employees were both SO honest and friendly You should be very proud of them both and I wish I had got their names now because they both deserve a real recognition from the owners for this good deed! Hopefully, this date and timestamp can help you determine who they are and again THANK YOU BOTH for my $20 back!

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent, with a friendly atmosphere and endless coffee refills. It's definitely my kind of place.

It’s McDonalds. Expectations aren’t that high, because we talk fast food but this is still the best one I have been too. Staff is always friendly and inside is as clean as it needs to be.
