Casa Santa Maria - Betancuria

Quizás el mejor sitio y más representativo de la isla de Fuerteventura , en Betancuria, frente a la iglesia ,.. en un entorno espectacular y con una decoración esmerada y cuidada al máximo ,.. al menos merece una parada estratégica,.. ya me entienden !!

Restaurante amplio, tranquilo y muy acogedor. La comida de gran calidad a un precio razonable. Creo que ha recibido varios premios Michelín por ser el restaurante más encantador de La Gomera. Buen sitio para comer o cenar. El servicio y la atención perfecta. Tanto el secreto ibérico como el pulpo estaban en su punto.

On the other hand only restaurant opened this day in the afternoon at betancouria. the waitress ronchonnant .pas attentive . forgetting our drinks order (that I had to go myself even sought at the bar) .it was alone to do everything. in these cases: evening we take care or shut up. The dishes were medium in brief only the place we liked.

Betancuria was the first capital of the canaries, purposely hidden in the middle of the mountains to avoid being plundered by pirates. Today it is from the most beautiful villages of the spain and welcomes many visitors seeking something other than the beach in Fuerteventura. So finding such a high-level restaurant in the middle of the desert is more than a finding! The house itself is old, has more than years and this gives you a special charm, with its inner garden (Pátio) and the Moroccan influence in the details of the interior of the house. The menu is exclusive and with prices suitable for the public that seeks a michelin restaurant. Do not forget to finish the meal with one of the pies of the day, worth the wait!
