We already knew the “that rolls food-truck” for its TOP generous burgers made from quality products meat, cheese, flour...from local producers and artisans , its tasty homemade fries cooked in beef fat, homemade desserts based on the fruits of the season, its brioche breads kneaded, shaped and baked by Sylvain himself every day in his small laboratory. Never disappointed and always the same observation: it’s a treat. Saturday evening we celebrated our daughter 's birthday and it was only natural that we entrusted them with making our quiche and pizza plates. They were unanimously approved by the 40 guests, not a crumb remained. In addition, the plates were cut into 40 pieces... we appreciated it because it 's not always easy to make a clean and regular cut for a beautiful presentation thanks to you Sylvain . So, to summarize we obviously appreciate it 's rolling food-truck for the kindness, good humor and professionalism of Sylvain as much as the quality of the products and his services and it seems important to us and above all deserved to highlight and support its activity. IN SHORT, IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY A GOOD BURGER/FRIES, FORGET THE MC DO!!! AT EQUIVALENT RATES.
