Papa John's Pizza - Bessemer

The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything I ordered was correct. The food was absolutely delicious!

The pizza was excellent, and the garlic knots were delicious. However, the cookie could have been a bit larger. Overall, the pizza was great for the price, and the staff were very friendly.

I typically receive excellent service at this location, but today was a different experience. One of the employees had two young children with them in the store. While I was trying to enter to pick up my order, the young boy held the door shut, preventing me from getting in. I had to knock loudly to prompt him to let go. As I was checking out, the child kept trying to engage with me, which I found distracting—I don’t think they were the cashier’s kids, but rather the children of the woman making pizza in the back. When I was leaving, the boy shouted, "GET OUT OF PAPA JOHN'S!" which was neither cute nor funny. If you need to bring your children to work, please ensure they stay out of the way and behave appropriately.

First experience was not good the order was replaced and no better. I didn't like the pizza it's too thin for original crust. They changed it.
