The hotel itself is beautiful, but in the new year 2023 we had a very bad experience, service was terrible as well as food. We expected a lot more for the price we paid. Everything is PAR-FAIT. High-end facilities, very pretty, spacious, very clean rooms; Breakfast is simply excellent, staff is adorable, tapas are excellent, and wellness space is ideal. A brand new hotel, perfectly up to its stars. Go! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is very good and comfortable rooms. The place is beautiful. However, there are points to improve for a 4-star. The gym deserves more equipment, it's really too fair, three times nothing. Weights, weights, body building equipment are missing and the room sounds empty. In addition, a food tray (with bread and remains) remained in front of the door of the neighbouring room in the hallway for more than half a day, while I reported it at the reception. It is not worthy of a hotel of this standing
