Hatay Medeniyetler Sofrası Levent

Burak is a good place for turkish meze. The service was great and so quick. Food presentation was good. They have many meze items, but hummus is the best meze. Hatay medeniyetler was beef kebab cooked in a casserole with tomato and peper, the taste was good. The prices are a bit high. Knefe with cheese is so delicious.

Cezan Burak has been my favorite chef on Social Media due to his unique and outstanding dishes he makes. So how could we miss his restaurant visit when in Turkey. We went to the main branch in Atlier. The place was super crowded with waiting for 10 mins and it was worth the wait. The food was so good. We ordered the mixed Kebab and their famous Meat platter. It was made live and it was so good. We loved the taste the flavour. We even had the assortrd appetizer. Just like the food the people were so friendly and staff was outstanding. Loved it. It was worth the hype.

Karşılamadan uğurlamaya kadar bol bol güler yüz ve ikramlar eşliğinde çok güzel ağırlandık. Mekanda masalardan tuvalete kadar temizlik gayet başarılıydı. Yediklerimize gelirsek; karışık kebaptaki tüm et çeşitleri hem lezzet hem de pişirme derecesi açısından çok başarılıydı. Özellikle kuzu şişe bayıldım. Pastırmalı humus da çok başarılıydı. Sadece mumbar dolmasını pek beğenemedim. İç harcı lezzetli değildi ve pirinci çok lapa haldeydi. Künefe ise başarısız değildi ama damakta iz bırakmadı. Yemek öncesinde tırnak pide ve meze, yemek sonrasında meyve tabağı, çay, kahve ikramı oldu bolca. İkram konusunda elleri açık. Genel değerlendirme noktasında tek eksi diyebileceğim yönü fiyatların bence biraz yüksek olması. Tek kişilik kebap 110 TL. Sosyal medyada çok bilinmesi, çok turist çeken bir mekan olması ve Levent gibi bir konumda olması sebebiyle sanırım fiyatları biraz yüksek tutmuşlar. Bu arada rezervasyon almıyorlar bilginiz olsun. Hafta içi akşam servisinde baya yoğunluk vardı, hafta sonları daha kalabalık olsa gerek ama oturma alanı açısından da bolca yer mevcut..
