I was staying at the Hotel de Paris, right in the centre of Besancon and this was right next door. Service was very good, the prices reasonable and the waiter very patient, despite the fact we didn't speak much french. Had a bottle of wine and the house burger, both were excellent. What MandIMunich doesn't like about Brasserie du Commerce:
This restaurant was close to our hotel but we were not so impressed. The menu had little choice . The food was ok but quite expensive. The room was spectacular . The service was ok. All in all it was an ok experience but not more View all feedback.
Too bad the kitchen isn't up to the place...
Exellent! Really good quality and pleasant atmosphere.
Brasserie Ideally located in the city centre.(1873) A popular kitchen. The dish of the day at a good price. To drink a drink, to choose from: admire the decor (high ceilings, woodworks, large mirrors and fully renovated ceiling) from the inside, or enjoy the show organized by the many passers-by in this place while sitting on the terrace by the street.
