The food was simply delicious, with dishes prepared... read more On Sunday, I had lunch at the Full Shade restaurant in Demo Brescia. I have to say it was a real pleasure! The food was simply delicious, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and love. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The establishment is warm and welcoming, with a family atmosphere that makes you want to return. The service was fast and efficient, with a touch of class and professionalism. In particular, I'd like to praise: the appetizer: gnocchi with herbs and pancetta, the venison steak, the wild boar salmi served with excellent polenta, and finally the horse steak, which were simply divine! The staff, always ready to offer advice and accommodate my requests. The atmosphere, which makes you feel like you're in a real Italian restaurant. If you haven't tried the Full Shade restaurant in Demo Brescia yet, I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed!

We had a gre... read more We are a group of cyclists from Valpolicella and we stayed at the Full Shade for the Vivione Pass tour, going up from the Scalve/Schilpario valley. We had a great time, there was ample parking, it was convenient to the ring road exit, we ate super first courses and were welcomed into the family by Mauro.

Large parking and cleaning are also important aspects. Maybe it’s a bit defiled, maybe it’s little charmant but it won’t disappoint you!
