The beef is genuine and incredibly tasty, and I really enjoy the fresh-cut fries. As a lifelong Chicagoan, I've tasted many beef sandwiches and sausages, but I must say that his beef, sausage, and what appears to be homemade giardiniera are among the best I've ever had. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try—you won't regret it!
