Ther... read more I went there for a birthday party and kids really enjoyed it. Giving it 4 stars as I found few slot machine not working but deducting points from the card. There was no help available in case kids have questions. Food was OK. Staff at front desk very friendly this time. Last visit was not so great experience with staff. Few years ago I had my kids birthday here and they ruined the day. Today it was a different experience and I welcome the change.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to take our boys and this was the perfect place. We have never visited this location. Staff was great, informative and friendly!. My boys had fun on this beautiful second day of March!.. This will truly be our place to go on a weekday!. 5 stars to the staff that worked within the 6 o'clock hour.

Nice venue, relatively clean but the only thing I noticed and wasnt a fan of was that there is no personalization for a party. Tables are in rows so another party was 2-3 tables down. When the man himself comes out, he comes out for both parties at the same time and it's hard to tell kids it's not your turn yet, he has to make his way down. Having small rooms would make it a bit more personal.

The sta... read more I really enjoyed this place! My partner and I were searching for somewhere to take our kids, and this was the ideal spot. We had never been here before. The staff was fantastic, informative, and friendly! Our children had a great time at this lovely, whimsical establishment. This will definitely be our go-to spot for a weekday outing! 5 stars to the employees working tirelessly for 6 hours.
