I am writi... read more I have visited this location many times throughout the years. Lately though I have been using the Subway app and buying my subs here more frequently. I am writing this review during the Covid19 pandemic, so please take that into consideration. I am able to use the Subway app, check out their deals, customize my order, and pay for my subs in a few simple steps. I am able to easily able to pickup my order within 15 minutes of ordering. This location is always very clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and quick at serving me. I simply walk in, they have 2 sections set up, one for in store ordering and one for pickup. I tend to arrive a tad bit early and they are just finishing up my order. I 'm usually in and out in 2-3 minutes. So fast and easy! With all of my mobile orders, they have all been correct, and made on time. So why 4 stars and not 5? I have a few issues if you may. The first is the varying size of the subs. One time my sub roll will be average size, and the next time it 's tiny. I 'm paying the same price but get less. And their subs are a bit on the pricey side. A turkey and cheese foot long sub with provolone and sweet onion sauce was $8.49. Just by itself, no drink or chips included. For this reason I have only been buying here when there is a BOGO deal on the app. The subs are delicious, and I quite like this location, so I will be visiting often, more so when there are some good deals.

Mind blowing bad service. The employee was either completely untrained or just didn't care. I had to convince him to heat up the meat for my wrap after he told me cold meat was the only option for a wrap the he could not heat it up..? Then he put 3 to 4 times more sauce then usual? Straight drowned my sandwich in chipotle. He had no idea how to portion the amounts so he couldn't wrap it in the end it was so ridiculous I had to walk out. I have Never had to walk out of a subway or any restaurant in my life. Just wow, mind blown. I really hope this isn't the new normal for this place?

Today my intern and I stopped in for a quick lunch as I have in the past as the location is very convenient being in the center of little down town Berwick. Anyways we were warmly greeted by both of the ladies behind the counter (Belinda and McKenna) they were very cordial and professional in a good humored way. They prepared us sandwiches just as we wanted them and for $9 each we were stuffed and I refilled my Dr. Pepper to go. By the way, their bathroom was extremely clean which always gives me a good feeling that the kitchen is equally clean.
