The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the company is great, which makes it worth the trip. I've been there three times now: the first two visits, I had breakfast omelets, and on the third visit, I tried a hot sandwich. The omelets were a great price, generously portioned, and delicious. service was great. eating was pretty bad. as others have mentioned, the omelettes have bee, which does not appear. it didn't seem to have much in the middle. the benedikt I had ordered had frozen spinat cooked on it. it was extremely salty. the breakfast menu leaves a lot to wish. there was only one thing that called me (the benedikt,) and it was disappointing. they were pale. Prefer breakfast restaurant that prepares food from scratch rather than purchasing precooked/prepared food from a vendor. Sausage and bacon purchased precooked. Homogenized scrambled eggs. Homemade bread on rack, presliced like you would buy in a grocery store. Hollandaise sauce from a Knorr can. Homemade corned beef hash from a can. No real cooking being done here. Disappointing.
