Ikram Kebabs - BERTRAM

Much better tasting than the Ikram in Baldivis.HOWEVER, while in store I observed them mount a new kebab on the red-hot grill, but left it wrapped in cling film for a full 5 minutes (I guess because it was still frozen solid? . It had holes melted in it before they pulled it off like a used condom. CHEMICAL YUM.

Ordered a kebab, meat box and chips through uber eats pick up. All of the food was cold. The kebab was remade in front of me because it should have been fresh not toasted and the chicken was still cold, none of the meat was heated on the cook top.

So disappointed ordered two pizzas last night one was burnt and the other I don't even know what the other one was supposed to be, we ordered a Hawaiian but it was a pepperoni with pink looking cabbage things on it undercooked. This would win worst Pizzas I've ever ordered. Would not recommend, you only had to look at the Pizzas to know they were bad, so how did they leave the kitchen?

Used to be a loyal customer only to act rudely my first time complain about uncooked chips. they denied bluntly any chips were boiled, I even have the kebab with their number and my order on it! they have lied and said it must have been the other kebab shop, bertram is small and there is only one kebab shop! no refund offered, no replacement offered and they still deny the fact that I went to their shop and the order placed.
