What Lorenzo Bianchi doesn't like about Divina Bistecca:
I was disappointed with the cut, it was full of fat; usually when you take that cut it's because you want to eat something lean and not that you have to leave half on the plate. Today for lunch....a truly high level experience. A Paradise (just to stay on topic for us celiacs. The quality of each dish is difficult to describe, excellent is an understatement. Gentlemen.....you absolutely must try the fried steak.... it is truly indescribable . Professionalism and love for catering are the only explanation.
