One of the worst coffees I've ever had. Too sugary and very obviously quickly made with little regard for quality. Just overall not a great experience, and the manager was rude and disrespectful. Definitely will not be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. View all feedback.
I used to live just around the corner from this Ziggi's location, and when it first opened a few years ago, I had the opportunity to meet the owner. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and after chatting for a while, she generously gave me a card for two complimentary drinks of my choice, any size! Now, every time I visit Berthoud, I make it a point to stop by and show my support.
I had one of the most disappointing coffee experiences I've ever encountered. It was overly sweet and appeared to be hastily prepared, lacking attention to quality. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and the manager was quite rude and disrespectful. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
This drive-thru coffee shop features friendly and helpful staff, and the food is delicious.
I couldn’t get through to anyone by phone, and the voicemail box was full. Even though I was promised a refund, I haven’t been able to reach anyone since that assurance.
I visited the restaurant without any particular craving and requested something special, which they quickly accommodated. The service is consistently friendly, though it can slow down when the restaurant is busy. One thing that bothers me is when I pay by credit card and they ask me for a tip; I find it uncomfortable and would prefer to enter my tip on the touchscreen at my own discretion. Nevertheless, I really enjoy the coffee and appreciate the staff!
