Taco John's - Berthoud

Stopped by this morning and the drive thru was closed. There were handmade signs that said come inside. We go inside where there are three employees that had just put up handmade signs that said, on a break . They looked at us , didn 't say anythingand walked to the back. We 'll never return.

Did not receive any of my 3 beverages with my meals . Pretty disappointed. To the point, that this is my 3rd time eating taco johns and easily going a different route next time. $19.83 for 2 burritos and a handful of potatos, but what i wanted was mycoffee.

Got the street tacos with potatoe oles. The potatoes are different from the last time I was there..they?re like tots now and the tacos were gross! Street tacos are supposed to have a corn tortilla and no lettuce. Ended up throwing most of it away. Yuck

I wanna say thank you to Scott,Mandy and the manager for awesome customer service and making my husband?s birthday such an wonderful surprise!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! Thank you again for helping me with the wonderful surprise!!!

Cannot say enough positive things!! The staff are courteous and very accommodating! Service is quick!! Food isn't the greatest, but the value and service far supersede any quality issues.
