I visited the restaurant on Friday at 9:30 PM. The food quality was quite mediocre, and it feels like the owner is only keeping the place open out of reluctance to shut it down. It gives the impression that the owner is simply too indifferent to put in the necessary effort. View all feedback.

I recommend the benissimo (by jimmy garoppolo) is an absolute life changer. it is an irresistible combination of delicious redisserie style huhn, one-of-a-art pefferoni, and provolone cheese with spinat, tomaten, and creamy pfeffercorn ranch. it is served on roasted Italian crimped cheese brot. to ask them to add a dripping oil as well as some salt and pepper, it increases to a whole new level. this is our way to mock!

Aside from the app and on-line issues..and the fact my expectations weren't very high.... Holy Frick!!!I ordered the Benissimo, as follows:Italian Herbs Cheese, Toasted, Provolone, Spinach, Tomatoes, Peppercorn Ranch, Oil, Black Pepper, Salt.Not only was it prepared EXACTLY AS REQUESTED, READY ON TIME, THE GENTLEMAN WORKING WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT BAR NONE...THE BEST FREAKING SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANYWHERE IN ANY WAY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

The bread was overcooked. It was really hard and crumbly and also very dry. Didn't taste stale, but definitely overcooked. I suggest to double check the process of making bread, so that way entire batches don't become crumbly and stuff.
