Was Anonym at Subway a mag?

I visited the restaurant on Friday at 9:30 PM. The food quality was quite mediocre, and it feels like the owner is only keeping the place open out of reluctance to shut it down. It gives the impression that the owner is simply too indifferent to put in the necessary effort. View all feedback.

The bread was overcooked. It was really hard and crumbly and also very dry. Didn't taste stale, but definitely overcooked. I suggest to double check the process of making bread, so that way entire batches don't become crumbly and stuff. Location dirty, floors not attended, change machine caked with skin residue, and cobwebs on signs and lights. Lettuce was bad like brown and yellow... Upon asking to change they refused stating they didn't have anymore 2 PM? They just covered it with a lid. Overall service was poor not due to the server but the options management forced her to voice... she was a little inexperienced but you have to start somewhere. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered online twice. Both times the store manager said they did not receive my order. The first time, I just decided to pay (again at the store just so I could actually have lunch. Today, despite me showing proof via my credit card statement and Subway 's own app (via Order History , she refused to fulfill the order without me having to pay again. Absolutely ridiculous. Was not willing to pay twice, again. Terrible management. Will not be going back and will not be recommending to anyone. To anyone who is thinking of going to this Subway, go to the one right off of I-25. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
