Sometimes the queue will be out the door, but if you look inside, tables are empty (people are just placing orders for takeaway). Prompt service and staff speaks English. They have the usual fry-up menu/case but also an expanded dinner menu and several tables inside. Clean, affordable, and generous portions. Cash only.
