While Paul and the friendly staff at Quality Tire were repairing our car, my wife and I found ourselves hungry. As Texans, we had often debated trying Tex-Mex outside of what many consider the Tex-Mex capital of the world, unsure if it would measure up. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience here.
