What User dislikes about Void:
A staff member rudely informed me that they don’t accept cash, despite there being no signs indicating this policy. I believe this could be illegal since cash is legal tender. I will not be coming back. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.

Here’s why I gave Void 1 star, mostly due to the poor customer service. I had a green tea coffee—nothing special, just okay. My husband and I approached the bar and were greeted by a woman with short curly hair. I noticed there were about four menus, all showing alcoholic drinks like cocktails. I asked if there was a menu for coffee or non-alcoholic drinks since my husband and I don’t drink alcohol. Before I could finish, she rudely said “no.” Surprised, I asked if she served regular coffees, and she replied “yes,” still with a rude tone. I ordered a latte for my husband and a herbal tea for myself. Since herbal teas come in many flavors, I had asked for a menu to see the options, especially because I wanted a chai, which some places don’t offer. When I asked which herbal teas they had, she just grabbed a menu from the counter, flipped it over, and pointed to the tea section, which also showed other non-alcoholic drinks. Instead of just showing me this the first time I inquired, she flatly denied having a non-alcoholic menu—basically lying. It would have been so simple to just flip the menu over for me right away and saved us all time. When I asked again if there was another menu for coffees, she half-rolled her eyes, ending the conversation. Honestly, if you work in hospitality, don’t be rude or sarcastic to customers. Especially since this place is in a museum where most visitors are one-time customers, and it’s unreasonable to expect them to know what’s available. The attitude needs serious improvement or maybe find a new line of work. Plenty of people want jobs who are genuinely nice to customers. Food: 2 | Service: 1 | Atmosphere: 3
