We waited nearly an hour for our food, which turned out to be just average. The owner should have informed us about the long wait time upfront. On a positive note, our waitress did a fantastic job; she was friendly and apologized for the delay. Unfortunately, the owner did nothing to improve the situation or address our concerns. While I wasn’t expecting a free meal, a small discount would have been a nice gesture instead of arguing with us. As a business owner myself, I always strive to ensure my customers are happy.
