We were there on a Sunday lunchtime. There weren't many guests on site, but the service didn't work at all. Food took about an hour to arrive. Some of the dishes were already cold. In two dishes the side dishes were mixed up and things weren't fixed. We had to replace it ourselves at the table. After 2 hours we weren't asked for new drinks once? Unfortunately not viable due to the great competition in Bernburg. The last visit for us. To complete: first of all, it is outrageous to call the whole thing fake just because it is negative. I don't rate this on behalf of other restaurants either. It was my experience exactly as I described it. This Sunday, today shortly before I wrote this movement because I was so annoyed about how you could scare away such a large group of customers with your unhospitable behavior. But since you asked me to reconsider my rating, I have done so and would like to add two more things: 1. When we arrived, a guest ? was smoking right two tables away from us 2. An employee preferred to have lunch in the guest room first rather than take our drink order or desserts
