Everyone received their food at the same time (and it was piping hot), and it tasted wonderful. Individual requests were accommodated, and the staff interacted with the children in a fun and age-appropriate way. The atmosphere was inviting, and the restrooms were spotless. Five well-deserved stars!

The ambiance in the vaulted cellar is truly special and invites you to linger. The food was excellent – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the good selection on the menu. The portions are also generous. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and quick. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into their work and that the guests are their top priority. The value for money is also excellent: For the quality of the food, the great service, and the unique atmosphere, the prices are more than fair. I will definitely be back and can recommend the Ratskeller Bernau to anyone who wants to enjoy good German cuisine in a beautiful historic setting!
