Saturday evening, few people at the tables, therefore a kitchen not under pressure. The room is nicely decorated, very bright. But an annoying sticking this at the edge of the table becomes a boredom in the evening. The pizza system is that by reading the very ingenious tablecloth, you build your pizza. I can't, for rethinking of tastes, choose one of the 12 proposals on the board that troneggia on the 2 pizzaioli: daisy cacio and pepper and sausage. We have taken 5 different pizzas 3 built and besides my a proposal of the board: Margherita pee and cutting! Good my (interesting cacio and pepper taste) but ahimè both pear cutting and salami and burrata pasta was a bit raw. Don't you... Yet there was no rush to bake. I must be a bit critical even in the approach of the waiter who with the tablet bows to too much on who ordered... But maybe over time and experience will improve. I greet the maid girl who still doesn't know the cakes for sympathy. We also took fries x appetizer and deserve a good round. Ah I forgot: pizza not cracker but without big cornice. Round and wide as a normal dish, if it were not x 2 pizzaioli behind the counter seem printed... In short, good pizza with great margins of improvement.
Finally a little innovation and innovation in a pizzeria!!! Fresh and young environment: I find the writings on very creative walls! Every detail in the room is the result of study and research (including the wooden rack for the charging of the mobile phones, although personally I would not have put it near the entrance door, facilitating its theft). The menu is the tablecloth and vice versa: curious the way to buy pizza and its cost, choosing between the various ingredients for the seal, divided by price. Truly appreciable the explanation (though succinct) of the research of raw materials and of the processing. The pizza is very good, although not excellent: the tomato, the mozzarella Ebla gararnitura are of excellent quality, although I left a little puzzled the pasta, a little too delicious. The service is exceptional, as the account is honest.
By the way we decided to stop for a pizza..45 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas (of which one Margherita! , dirty and smelly baths, with an old man who was shaving.. really without words
I have been there many times and I have to say that pizza is something fantastic. .of course the cost is a little higher than standard, but I assure you that it is worth all.. excellent quality of the ingredients and flours used for the preparation, friendly and attentive staff in the service. Congratulations! !
